Meet Aaron: Helping Kids Find Their Voice
Welcome to Precision Speech and Language Therapy. My name is Aaron Allsop-Hofmeister, and I’m dedicated to helping children find their voice through personalized, evidence-based speech therapy.
Every child deserves the opportunity to strive for independence and personal growth.
That’s why I focus on building functional and meaningful communication skills to help children thrive:
at home
at school
in our community
Speech therapy works best when it feels natural—rooted in familiar people, places, and messages that matter most to each child. Together, we can collaborate to empower your child to reach their fullest potential.

My Approach
At Precision Speech, I believe every child is capable of immense growth. My therapy approach is grounded in collaboration, real-world preparation, and targeted support for meaningful progress.
Collaboration: Parents are key to success. Together, we align goals and develop practical strategies for home practice.
Scaffolding for Growth: By meeting children where they are at and providing just enough support, we help them advance confidently.
Striving for Potential: Through a combination of high expectations and appropriate challenges, children can achieve lasting growth.
Real-World Focus: Therapy connects directly to each child’s daily life, ensuring meaningful outcomes at home, school, and beyond.
